By Cecile Ingram

The wish of every student is to pass his or her bar exams. Barwinners helps students to achieve this wish. Some of the things which they must consider include the following. The students must learn the law the way it is tested on the bar. It is not a good idea to memorize the law.

There are several laws, volumes and volumes which one may not be able to know. What is necessary therefore is to be in a position to understand what is expected of you and be ready to do that which is expected from you. Bar exam is quite different from the law school exams. They must therefore be answered in a different way as required.

Good study structure also helps in securing success in the bar exam. Good study structure entails coming up with a suitable study time table to use in the study. Each subject must be adequately dealt with. You need time to read them and to revise properly before the time of the exam.

The students must also be able to understand the law. Understanding the law have a great benefit towards ensuring success in the bar exam. Application of the law is what is always checked at the bar exam. Those preparing for it therefore must ensure that they learn and understand the law properly. This will enable them to apply it as required in the bar exam.

It is important to note that the students who have a habit of waiting for last minute rush to start their studies are likely to fail. You cannot learn the law within a short period of time and understand it to a point where you are able to apply it. Those preparing for the bar exams therefore must ensure that they read their books continuously and not to wait until the exam time table is out.

Success is realized when there is proper organization from the onset. The organization in studying as well as organization on the ways of answering questions. Before starting to answer the questions, it is important that you read and read again the question clearly and understands it. Thereafter identify the issues worth considering for the discussions before you start answering.

The arrangement must start with a brief introduction which should seek to define the problem and how you intend to tackle it. The other thing to follow is arguments. The arguments can look at two different aspects. Those that are supporting the discussion as well as those that are against. From the arguments, you must take a position before you conclude. In the conclusion, reasons for reaching the decision must also be clearly stated.

You must take a position in your argument. Though it is good to highlight both arguments for and against, at the end you must take a position to support. If you fail to take a position, you are not solving any problem and you are likely to fail in the exam. These are the guidelines from Barwinners on how to pass the bar exam.
