1)It sounds so obvious but, why not sell something that your prospect already wants instead of trying to talk them into somethin g that doesn't really interest them. Zig Ziglar was a great salesman, and his credo was "You can get everything you want in life if you just help enough people get what they want." It is a very simple concept, but many people seem to miss the boat here.
2) This is a definite MUST. You must learn how to drive traffic to your site or landing page. There are many, many ways in which to do this. Some cost money, some cost you your time. Nothing is FREE. You either pay with money or your time. Get the right type of traffic to your site and you can not help but be successful. A combination of these is usually the best bet. Learn to use both.
3) Getting subscribers means getting people on your list. But not only getting them on your list, but keeping them there. Building a list can be the most important thing you can do. Approach it as a business, not a hobby. By having a relevant list of prospects, you can virtually give yourself a pay raise whenever you want. Remember that to keep people on your list you need to GIVE. Don't always try to take. Give them something of value and they will value you as a resource.
4) Network, Network, Network. Your network can bring in more subscribers and also bring you business partners to joint venture with. The more people you know and work with the more information you can share and you can build a huge alliance. People will help you in more ways than you can imagine if you give them the opportunity.
It is not only my opinion, but that of many very successful marketers that everything you do as far as online marketing should be based on one thing. BUILDING YOUR LIST.

Not only is it extremely annoying, but it's also illegal. Want a quick way to kill your business? Spam. Be responsible and do it the right way.
