Recipe for Honey Banana Bread


This honey banana bread recipe is yet another low sugar and more healthy upgrade from the quick banana bread recipe. Using honey as an alternative to sugar gives your banana bread a distinct taste.

For This Honey Banana Bread Recipe You will Need to have:

- 2 1/3 cups of mashed overripe bananas - 2 cups of all-purpose flour - 3 tbs of honey - 1/2 cup of melted butter - 2 beaten eggs - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - just a little salt

1. Before you begin start you oven and set it to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) so it's going to be hot and prepared once you want it. You can also grease your banana bread pan.

2. Then take a large bowl an throw in all of the flour, baking soda and salt. Take another bowl and mix (you may use stick hand blender) in (in this order) melted butter and honey, eggs and at the end mashed bananas. It is best to have nice end even mixture once you are completed. Now pour the mixture into first bowl and stir.

3. Fill banana bread pan along with your honey banana bread batter and place it inside the oven to bake for 60 to 65 minutes. You can test if it is actually done by sticking a knife in your honey banana bread and when it comes out clean, you are OK.
